Jiangtan Park

Hankou river beach is located on the North Bank of Wuhan City, with an area of 1.6 million square meters. It is adjacent to the riverside road landscape, Longwang Temple scenic spot, Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, Yellow Crane Tower Scenic Spot, and the Yangtze River. It is a unique scenic center in the central area of Wuhan.

Hankou river beach is a park type public leisure place. Together with Wuchang river beach and Hanyang river beach, Hankou river beach has become the largest public leisure place in the world. Apart from a row of concession buildings similar to the Bund in Shanghai, the most famous one in Hankou is the reed in late autumn. Phragmites australis are mainly distributed near the Second Yangtze River Bridge, stretching about 4km, with the widest part more than 100m. There are such spectacular reeds in the center of the city, which is unique in China's big cities and has become a beautiful landscape in Wuhan. Every year in late autumn (October to December), the reed flowers are in full bloom, accompanied by the surging river, which is very spectacular and full of tourists. Many couples also take wedding photos here.

Jiangtan Park

Jiangtan park is located at the Bund of douhu dyke in Gongan County, which is 4 km long from east to west and covers an area of about 0.8 square kilometers. Taking the Yangtze River as the background, the park is designed with footpaths, small squares and various recreational facilities. It has monuments and other landmark buildings of Jingjiang flood diversion project proposed by Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and other revolutionaries of the older generation.

All kinds of nursery flowers are planted in the garden. At dusk, visitors gather here and enjoy the river. It is an ideal place for citizens to relax.

You can take bus No.1, 30, 212, 502 to get off at "Yanjiang Avenue Sanyang road" station; or take bus No.30, 68, 212, 248 to get off at "Yanjiang Avenue Yuehan wharf" station; or take bus No.9, 30, 56, 68, 207 to get off at "Yanjiang Avenue Wuhan port" station.
