Historical evolution
On January 1, 1959, the Tibet people's Radio started broadcasting. There are four radio programs including Tibetan news comprehensive frequency, Chinese News comprehensive frequency, Tibetan Kangba (dialect) frequency, urban life frequency and the voice of Tibet website.
