Nanhua University is a comprehensive University jointly built by the Ministry of industry and information technology, State Administration of science, technology and industry for national defense, China National Nuclear Industry Corporation, China National Nuclear Industry Construction Corporation and Hunan Provincial People's government with a 58 year history. The school is a combination of Central South Institute of technology, the Sixth Research Institute of nuclear industry and Hengyang Medical College.
