Fuyang Preschool Teachers College has a long history. Its predecessor is Fuyang normal school, which was born in 1907. It was renamed Anhui Provincial Third Normal School in 1914 and reorganized into Anhui Provincial Yingzhou normal school in 1934. It is the birthplace and cradle of Fuyang normal education. In 1950, it was renamed Fuyang normal school, and in February 2015, it was upgraded and renamed Fuyang preschool normal college. After more than 110 years of hard work and development accumulation, the school has formed its own advantages and characteristics in kindergarten education and primary education.

The school is located on the Bank of Qiyu river with beautiful scenery and convenient transportation.
