1、 Basic information of the College
Inner Mongolia Vocational College of fine arts is a full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Inner Mongolia People's Government (No.248 [2010] by the Ministry of Education) and incorporated into the national unified enrollment plan (No.70 [2012] by the Ministry of Education). It has the qualification of independently issuing the state recognized academic certificate. It is the only higher art professional college in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the only one located in Inner Mongolia Private universities outside the capital. According to the approval documents, our college is a highly professional higher art vocational college integrating higher education, adult continuing education and secondary vocational education. The founder of the college, Professor Meng Baohe, graduated from Beijing Normal University and University of California, is a super teacher, double doctor and famous painter.
