Xiangxi vocational and technical college for nationalities is a public full-time ordinary university, which is approved by Hunan Provincial People's government and put on record by the Ministry of education. It is a deputy department level institution. The enrollment is mainly in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture and Zhangjiajie City, facing Hunan, radiating Fujian, Henan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Jiangxi, Hebei and other provinces.
