In 1984, Zhang Huili was determined to inherit the educational idea of old Sinian, founded "Sinian education", and started from Sinian advanced education college to hold higher academic education, becoming one of the pioneers in the development of private higher education after China's reform and opening up. In 2003, we planned to build the Sinian vocational and technical college. In 2005, Shanghai Sinian vocational college was officially established.
