Liaoning Vocational College is located in Tieling City, a famous cultural city in the north of Liaoning Province, China, at the foot of Longshan and the Bank of Chaihe river. The college covers an area of 3678 mu, with a construction area of 140000 square meters, 65 training rooms, 28 training bases, a library collection of 330000 books, a total fixed assets of 447 million yuan, and 7000 students. The college covers agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, electronic information, manufacturing, culture and education, finance, tourism and other fields. According to the development needs of modern agriculture, modern industry and modern service industry in China, 37 higher vocational majors have been set up, among which gardening technology, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, golf club business management and business English are brand majors in Liaoning Province. At the same time, the college also actively expanded the level of running a school, jointly held undergraduate adult education with eight undergraduate universities in the province, and jointly held postgraduate courses for master of agricultural extension (agricultural science and technology organization and service) with Dalian Ocean University.
