Changchun Finance College is founded by the people's Bank of China and the only central and local financial college in Jilin Province. The school is located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, which is the node city of "China Mongolia Russia" economic corridor, the superposition area of Changjitu, Changjitu integration and Changdongbei development strategy. In 1992, it was renamed Changchun Finance College. In 2000, it became the only finance college in the province jointly built by the central and local governments and mainly managed by the provincial government.
