GANSU Police Vocational College

GANSU Police Vocational College is a full-time public security higher vocational school at higher vocational level, which is subordinate to Gansu Provincial Public Security Department.

The college is located at 169 zuojiawan, Chengguan District, Lanzhou City, covering an area of 182 mu. Teaching building, experimental building, library and Information Center, police training center, police officer training center, police college student apartment, office building and other teaching, office and living facilities are complete. Teachers with reasonable structure and good overall quality. At present, there are six specialties of criminal investigation, police management, traffic management, public security management, economic crime investigation and drug control, and three specialties of computer application, criminal technology and special police. The comprehensive scale is 2500 people. The self-study examination guidance station for public security is attached, and the in-service public security police and students can take part in the self-study examination of public security management specialty of the people's Public Security University of China. According to the unified requirements of the Ministry of public security, the college implements policing management for students.

The college undertakes the tasks of full-time junior college degree education of public security and training for the beginning, business and rank promotion of In-service Police. It is necessary to cultivate qualified political professionals with strict discipline, good physical and mental health, and to meet the needs of grass-roots public security work.
