Hainan software vocational and technical college is a public full-time higher vocational college established in March 2003 with the approval of the people's Government of Hainan Province and put on record by the Ministry of education. It is upgraded from Hainan Qionghai normal school. It mainly cultivates high-quality technical and skilled talents in the information and software industry. It has a history of 91 years. The college is the only public vocational college in Hainan that has successfully passed the personnel training assessment of the Ministry of education for two consecutive times, and has been highly praised by the expert group. The college is located in the hometown of the Red Detachment of women, the permanent site of Boao Forum for Asia, China's excellent tourist city, the national demonstration city of spiritual civilization construction, and the center of Qionghai City, Hainan Province, the eastern central city of Hainan Province.
