Deciduous or evergreen trees, up to 25 m tall. The winter buds are axillary, with 2 pairs of scales outside, slightly hairy. They are usually double pinnate compound leaves, alternate; without stipules; stipules; 8-12 leaflets, broadly lanceolate or elliptic, 6-15 cm long, 2.5-5 cm wide, apex long pointed, entire, base broadly cuneate or obliquely rounded, left-right unequal, leathery, glabrous, or with microvilli on the main veins below Hairs; petioles very short. [clinical application] treatment of trichomonal vaginitis
Take 1 jin of Sapindus mukorossi which is washed and peeled, add 1000 ml of water and fry it into a thick liquid. Take 50-100 ml of heated boiled water and 1000 ml of diluted water each time, lavage vagina according to routine, once a day, 7-10 days as a course of treatment. At the same time, it should be taken orally with the traditional Chinese medicine of clearing away heat and removing dampness. After a course of lavage, 10 cases were negative for Trichomonas. No recurrence was found in 5 cases after 2-3 months of follow-up observation, and 1 case recurred after 2 months, which was still effective after further treatment.
