[plant morphology] shaoshenshu, also known as arrow root potato and split fruit potato.

Perennial herbs. Tubers thick and curved. Leaves rooting, glabrous, elliptic lanceolate, 12-22 cm long, 3.5-7 cm wide, apex acuminate, base decurrent, entire; long petiole.
