[plant morphology] Saxifraga mongolica
Erect perennial herbs. The basal leaves are long petiole, 5-15 cm long, fleshy, sparsely white long hairy; the leaves are heart-shaped, 4-9 cm long, 4-10 cm wide, apex pointed, base heart-shaped, margin obtuse toothed, each tooth is irregularly obtuse toothed and sparsely white coarse hairy, green above, purple red halo below, sparsely white long hairy. The leaves on the stem are alternate, linear lanceolate, 0.5-1 cm long, membranous. Stems from roots, up to 40 cm tall, sparsely brown hirsute; panicles scattered, corolla yellowish white.
Born on wet cliffs or streams. It is distributed in Yunnan and other places.
