[plant morphology] scallion
Perennial herbs. The bulb is long elliptic, and the bulb skin is filiform and reticulate. Leaves long petiolate, long ovate or long elliptic, entire, soft and smooth, slightly pinkish white; parallel veins. The length of flower stem is 30-60 cm: the flower is small, green white or even light purple, clustered on the top of the stem, arranged in umbels; perianth is 6; stamen is 6; ovary is superior, 3-locular, style filiform, stigma is small.
