[clinical application] ① treatment of corneal ulcer and nasal ulcer

Take fresh eggs, disinfect them with 70% alcohol or rinse them with cold boiled water. After breaking, pull out a piece of intact egg membrane and put it in normal saline. The size of the conjunctival sac is suitable for the affected eye. After topical anesthesia with 1% Pantocaine, the conjunctival sac was washed with saline, and then 1:2000 units of penicillin solution was dripped. Then the cut egg membrane was slowly put into the capsule and bandaged in one eye. When putting the egg membrane, ask the patient to look down and put it in easily. ② Treatment of old granulation wound

Take the fresh and complete chicken eggs, wipe the dirt on the surface, put them into the refrigerator with the temperature of about 40 ℃, take them out after 4-7 days, thoroughly wipe the surface of the shell twice with a brush dipped in soapy water, rinse with water, and disinfect with alcohol. Then one end of the eggshell was broken through a hole, and the internal liquid was overflowed to disinfect the eggshell, and the hook free forceps were used to gently peel off the egg membrane. The egg membrane should be pasted immediately after stripping to prevent contamination. The ulcer surface of the effective cases is small, within 0.5-2 square centimeter.

③ Treatment of "delayed union" of fracture
