[plant morphology] Rubus trifoliate
Small erect shrub, 1-2m high. Stem branches glabrous, with barbous acute prickles. 3 compound leaves alternate, leaflets lanceolate or elliptic lanceolate, 4-6 cm long, 8-15 mm wide, apex acuminate, base narrower, margin dentate, smooth on both sides, pink green; petiole 3-4 cm long, with small prickles; stipules setose. Flowers 1-2 axillary or terminal, pedicel 1-2 cm long, and calyx have fine pilose and prickles; sepals lanceolate, appendages leaflike, linear, spiny; petals white, obovate, pubescent outside, shorter than calyx; stamen filaments densely pilose. Aggregate fruit, fleshy, juicy, orange when ripe. The flowering period is from April to May.
It grows in the sparse shrub of the valley. It is distributed in Yunnan, Sichuan and other places.
