[plant morphology] big leaf qianjinba, also known as pseudoaconitum and rhynchophyllum.
Erect subshrub, 1-3 m high, with dense yellow pubescence. Leaflet 3, terminal leaflet broadly lanceolate, 6-20 cm long, 2.5-9 cm wide, apex pointed, with short tip, base round cuneate, few hairless above, yellow pilose below, 3 basal veins, lateral leaflet smaller, oblique, 2 basal veins; petiole narrow winged, short chestnut hair. Raceme axillary, many and dense flowers, rachis and pedicel are dense, light yellow pubescent; calyx campanulate, calyx teeth 5, lanceolate, the lowest tooth longer, outside hairy; corolla purplish red, about 1 cm long; ovary silky. Pods elliptic, ca. 1. 5 cm long, brown, pubescent. Seeds 1-2, globose, black. The flowering period is from July to September.
