Life of the characters
Early experience
Sun Liang was born in 243, the sixth year of chiwu. It is said that his mother, pan Shufei, was pregnant. She always dreamed that someone would give him the dragon head. Soon she gave birth to Sun Liang in the palace of Jianye. The great emperor is old, and sun liangnian is the youngest, so he loves this child very much.
At first, the great emperor took his three grandchildren he as the crown prince. However, his mother Wang's wife had a long feud with Sun Liang's eldest sister princess Quan, which led to sun he's removal from the throne. In October of the 13th year of chiwu (250), the great emperor changed Sun Liang into the crown prince. Soon after that, Sun Liang became the only legitimate son of Sun Quan. Sun Liang was smart and wise. Although he was young, he had the ability to judge as an adult. When he met Fu Xiang, his manners were in line with etiquette, so the minister valued him.
In the winter of that year, Sun Quan, the great emperor, was seriously ill in bed. He called Zhuge Ke, the general, as the prince's Taifu, and Teng Yin, the Kuaiji prefect, as his Taichang. Together, he received an imperial edict to assist the prince.
Ascend the throne for the Emperor
In February 252, the first year of Shenfeng, empress pan collapsed. In April, Sun Quan, the great emperor, died. Sun Liang, the crown prince, succeeded to the throne and granted amnesty to the whole country.
In the leap month of the first year of Jianxing (252), Sun Liang appointed Zhuge Ke as Taifu, Teng Yin as the general of Wei, Shangda general LV Dai as the chief Sima, and Zhu Yi as the general of Zhennan. All the civil and military officials in office were rewarded by Jin Jue, and the idle officials were promoted to a higher level.
In October of the same year, when the great emperor died, Cao Wei wanted to attack Wu. A total of 150000 troops were dispatched to attack the East and west of Soochow in three directions. Taifu Zhuge Ke led the army to block Chaohu Lake and build Dongxing City. He sent all the generals to guard the west city and the Duwei to guard the east city. At the beginning of December, Wei sent General Zhuge Sheng and Hu Zun to lead the infantry and cavalry to encircle Dongxing City. General Wang Chang attacked Nanjun and Wuchang. On the 10th, Zhuge Ke sent his army to meet the enemy. The army arrived in Dongxing, fought with the Wei army, defeated the Wei army, and killed the Wei generals Han Zong and Huan Jia. (Battle of Dongxing)
In the first month of the second year of Jianxing (253), Quan Fei became the queen and was granted amnesty. In February, the army returned to the capital from Dongxing, and the young emperor granted a reward. In March, Zhuge Ke led the army to attack Wei and besiege Hefei new city. Because of the epidemic, more than half of the soldiers died. In August, Zhuge Ke led his army back. Due to the defeat of the Wu army, the casualties were heavy. However, Zhuge Ke was more arbitrary and autocratic in order to cover up his mistakes, and the government and the opposition complained about Zhuge Ke. General Sun Jun secretly conspired with the young emperor to invite Zhuge Ke to the banquet. Zhuge Ke went to the hall with his sword and saluted the young emperor. The waiter brought the wine. After several rounds, the young emperor got up and went back to the inner hall. Under the pretext of going to the toilet, Sun Jun came out in his short clothes and yelled, "you have an imperial edict to catch Zhuge Ke!" So he cut Zhuge Ke to death with a knife.
Sun Jun was appointed as the prime minister's general and the Marquis of Fuchun for his meritorious service in killing Zhuge Ke. Sun Jun was a dangerous man with no less arrogance than Zhuge Ke. After he killed Zhuge Ke, many people tried to assassinate Sun Jun, but in the end they were defeated and forced to commit suicide or execution. In November, five big birds appeared in Chunshen. The next year, they changed their year name to Wufeng. In the second year of Wufeng (255), Sun Jun led the army to fight against the state of Wei in the Huaihe River area and won the battle. Wei general Wen Qin surrendered. The next year, Sun Jun sent Lv Zheng and other generals to attack the state of Wei, but Sun Jun died during the war, and his younger brother Sun Ji took over the power. The great Sima lvdai also died in 1927.
In the second year of Taiping (257), Lv Zheng, a general of Hushi, was dissatisfied with sun's succession and asked Teng Yin to be appointed prime minister. Sun Yi ignored their demands and turned Teng Yin into a great Sima. Lu Ju conspired with Teng Yin to overthrow Sun Yi, but he was killed in the end. Another general, Wang Dun, also conspired to kill Sun Kai, but he was defeated and killed.
Asking about politics personally
In the summer of the second year of Taiping (257), the young emperor came to the hall for amnesty and presided over political affairs at the age of 15. The young emperor read the old stories of the great emperor's time several times, so he said to the left and right courtiers, "the former Emperor has issued a hand edict to deal with state affairs many times. Now that the general is involved in state affairs, he just asks me to write according to them. " He was very dissatisfied with sun's arbitrary behavior.
The young emperor wanted to abolish his minions. Before that, Princess Zhu, the young emperor's stepsister, was slandered for participating in the coup against Sun Jun and killed by sun Jun. The young emperor then accused sun's brother-in-law, Hulin governor Zhu Xiong, and his younger brother, Zhu Li, of failing to correct Sun Jun's mistake and sending Ding Feng to punish Zhu Xiong and Zhu Li. The young emperor also recruited more than 3000 soldiers under the age of 18 and over the age of 15. He selected the children of the general, and the young and brave ones as the generals of these people. He said, "I built this army to grow up with them." Every day in the imperial court.
Sun Ji, the son of sun Ba, the king of Lu, was granted the title of Marquis of Wu during the Wufeng period and served Sun Liang in the palace. He was arrested and jailed for riding on the Royal horse. Sun Liang asked the servant Diao Xuan, "what's the crime of stealing the Royal horse?" Diao Xuan replied, "death penalty should be imposed. However, the king of Lu died early. I hope your majesty can have pity on his son. " Sun Liang said: "the law is something that people all over the world abide by. How can they be partial just because they are relatives? We should consider a way to avoid his crime. How can we take the memory of his dead relatives as a reason? " Diao Xuan said: "in the past, there were amnesties for criminals of different sizes, or amnesties under the whole world, or amnesties for thousands of miles or hundreds of miles, depending on the intention of the monarch." Sun Liang said, "isn't it you who can understand us?" So he ordered to forgive the criminals in the court, and sun gene was saved from death.
Zhuge rebelled against Cao Wei in Shouchun, and sent people to ask Wu Dynasty to send troops for rescue. Sun Yi sent troops to assist Zhuge's birthday, but in the end he failed, so he blamed Zhu Yi, the governor of Dadu, for killing him. Some other generals who took part in the war also surrendered to Cao Wei for fear of being killed by Sun Yi. The young emperor sent people many times to accuse Sun Yi of failing to rescue him, but instead of killing the general. After returning to Jianye, sun was so frightened that he refused to go to court. He built a palace in the south of Zhuque bridge and ordered his younger brother, general sun Ju of Weiyuan, to be in charge of Suwei palace to ban canglongmen. His younger brother, general sun en of Wuwei, general sun Gan of Pian, and captain Sun Kai of Changshui, were stationed in each camp to control the government and protect themselves.
In the third year of Taiping (258), the young emperor ordered sun Fen to be Marquis of Zhang'an. The imperial edict said: "Sun Fen, the king of Qi, was abolished as a common man because he killed officials before, but now the amnesty has been issued again and again, but he has not recovered. Even if it is not suitable for Wang Jue, you can also change the title of marquis. All the clansmen are generals guarding the riverside. What about Dugu's brothers? " Some ministers thought it was feasible, so they renamed it Marquis Zhang'an.
Plot to punish the powerful officials
The deeper the conflict between Sun Liang and Sun Yi, he secretly planned with all the princesses sun Luban, Taichang Quanshang and General Liu Chengmou to kill Sun Yi. The young emperor called Quan Ji, the son of Quan Shang and the servant of Huangmen, and said, "Sun Ji is extremely evil and despises me. But he didn't shirk his responsibility. He killed the meritorious officials at will, but never told them. Now he built his residence in the south of Zhuque bridge, and did not come to see the orphans. I can't bear to be so comfortable for a long time. Now there's a plot to arrest him. Your father is now the commander-in-chief of the Chinese army. At that time, I personally led the Suwei Huqi, left and right no difficulty, and other pro guard forces besieged him, and ordered him to be arrested with an imperial edict. Be sure to tell your father when you go back, but don't let your mother know. Women don't understand national affairs. She's also the elder sister of sun Yatang. I'm afraid that meeting her will reveal military information. That's a big delay. "
Quanji was ordered to leave. However, Quan Shang's plot is not secret. If he does tell his wife, the defendant sends it to Sun Yi. Sun Yi leads a trilogy to arrest Quan Shang, sends his younger brother sun en to kill Liu Cheng, and sends his troops to abolish the young emperor by night. The soldiers have surrounded the palace by dawn. The young emperor was so angry that he mounted his horse and tried to bow out. He said, "I'm the son of the former Emperor. I've been in power for five years. Who dares not obey?" The courtiers and the nursing mother hold Sun Liang together. Sun Liang finally did not come to the conclusion. He lamented that he would not eat for two days. He blamed the empress Quan and said, "your father is so fatuous, he almost defeated the state! "He also called her brother Quan Ji, who said," my father failed his majesty because of his carelessness. I have no face to see the emperor again. " So he committed suicide.
Sun Ji asked guangluxun and Mengzong to sue the temple to abolish the throne of the young emperor, and called the officials to discuss: "the young emperor is insane, so he can't be in the great position and inherit the country. I have told the former Emperor to abolish him. If you disagree, please raise your objection. " All the ministers were afraid of Sun Kai and said, "listen to the general." Sun Yi sent Li Chong, the middle scholar, to forcibly take away the jade seal, and sued the emperor for his crime. Huan Yi, the book of history, was killed on the spot because he refused to sign his name.
He was abandoned and died
Sun Yi then abolished the young emperor as king of Kuaiji and forced Sun Liang and his wife to leave the palace. He was sent to live in Kuaiji (now Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province) by general sun Geng AB at the age of 16. He also changed sun Xiu, the king of Langya, the elder brother of the young emperor, to Emperor Wu Jing.
In the third year of Yong'an (260), there was a rumor that Sun Liang would return to Jianye for restoration. Sun Liang's servants claimed that there was resentment when Sun Liang sent witches to sacrifice. After the trial, Sun Liang was demoted to be Hou Guan (Hou Guan, now Minhou County, Fujian Province) and sent to Hou Guan. Sun Liang was killed on the way to escort, and all the escorts pleaded guilty and committed suicide. According to Wu Lu, Sun Liang may have committed suicide,
