Ping Xintao (1927-may 23, 2019), male, Han nationality, from Changshu, Jiangsu Province. Graduated from Shanghai Datong University. He edited the supplement of Lianhe Bao, founded crown magazine in 1954 and crown publishing house in 1965.

On May 23, 2019, Ping Xintao died surrounded by his relatives at the age of 92.
