Lu Danlin

Lu Danlin is fond of calligraphy and painting. He is especially fond of returning to the art world. He is good at art criticism and skillful in calligraphy. He used to be a professor of Shanghai Chinese Academy of Arts and Chongqing National Academy of Arts, a director of bee magazine, Chinese Painting Monthly, Chinese Painting Association, a member of collection and Selection Committee of exhibitions, and a member of Literary Writers Association. (1896-1972) he was born in Sanshui, Guangdong Province. Lu Danlin joined the alliance before the "Huanghuagang uprising" (April 1911). During this period, he met some political figures in the rank of "elder" in the Kuomintang and had a short political experience. Later, he came to Shanghai to develop, gradually away from the political circle, joined the famous poet group "Nanshe", and began to work in newspapers and magazines. In particular, it is famous for its literature, history, calligraphy and painting publications, and can be called the first "famous editor" in China, Hong Kong and Macao at that time. There may be one less politician or politician in Chinese politics, but there will be one more cultural informant, newspaper editor, art historian and painting collector.
