Zhou Shouzhong

Its name is unknown, and its name is kuan'an. Its residence, birth and death are unknown. It was around the beginning of Jiading, the reign of emperor ningzong of Song Dynasty. There is no research on his life story.

Zhou Shouzhong has written a volume of ancient and modern proverbs, a volume of Ji Shi Lei, 22 volumes of health preserving miscellaneous works, and two volumes of Yuelan. He was born in Qiantang (now Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province) in the Southern Song Dynasty. A Shouzhong, word Rong an (a songan). It is an important material for ancient medical history. It contains two volumes (1220) of mengqiu, a famous doctor of all ages. In addition, he has compiled 22 volumes of "Lei Zuan Zhujia's health preserving treasure" (or "Sheng Sheng Lei Zuan") and two volumes of "Sheng Sheng Yue Lan". The bibliography includes miscellaneous works on health preservation and books on health preservation and longevity extension.
