Soon after, he was granted the title of general of Jiazhen army and gave banjian 20 people. Political affairs, big or small, are decided by him.
After Xiao Zhaoye succeeded to the throne, he was extravagant. Among the assistant ministers, Xiao Ye is highly regarded, but he lacks political experience and gives way when something happens. Xiao Ziliang was suspected and had no choice but to participate in politics. When Xiao Luan saw the emperor coming, he discussed with Xiao Yan about abolishing the emperor. He sighed that Shizu's son was mostly incompetent. He had a lot of literary talent with the king Xiao Zilong, so he had better get back to the imperial court as soon as possible. Xiao Luan transferred two of Xiao Zilong's cronies to be court officials, and they were happy to enter Beijing. He called Xiao Zilong to be the general of the Fujun army, and he also joined the frontier. He was afraid that Cui Huijing, the governor of Yuzhou, would resist, so he let Xiao Yan take charge of Shouyang for general Ning Shuo. Cui Huijing thought that he had offended him and went out in white. Xiao Yan comforted him and went back to the city together.

He rubs away most of his anger. When he wants to leave, he is cheated into Shangshu province. A strong man appears at the door. With a hammer from you and me, his brain will burst. Xiao Luan just entered, and the emperor approved his killing. Du Wenqian, the magistrate of Liyang County, advised Qimu Zhenzhi: "the ashes are all gone, and the powder is gone. In an instant, I didn't plan to kill them. If you kill Xiao Chen inside, I'd like to kill Xiao Ling outside. Even if you fail, you still have some reputation. " Qi's mother Zhen doesn't move. She is killed by Xiao Luan. She says that he is rebellious, and Du Wenqian is also killed.
On July 20, the first year of Longchang (494), Xiao Luan sent Xiao Chen and Xiao Tanzhi to kill Cao Daogang, Zhu Longzhi and others in the office building. Then he led his troops to yunlongmen from Shangshu province. Wang Yan, Xu Xiaosi, Xiao Tanzhi, Chen Xianda, Wang Guangzhi and Shen Wenji all followed. Xiao Zhaoye was in shouchang hall at that time. When he heard that there was a change outside, he sent someone to close the rooms and pavilions of the inner hall, and let the eunuch climb to Xingguang upstairs to see the situation. When he came back, he reported: "I saw a man in military uniform, followed by hundreds of people, fully armed, under the West Tower." After a while, Xiao Chen led the soldiers to the Palace first and stopped shouchang Pavilion. Xiao Zhaoye ran to her concubine Xu's room, drew his sword and killed himself. He tied his neck with silk and took a car out of Yande hall. As soon as Xiao Chen entered the palace, all the guards in the palace were ready to refuse the battle with bows and shields. Xiao Chen said to them, "what we are looking for is not you. Don't move!" Su Wei believes him. When they see Xiao Zhaoye coming out, they still want to fight. Xiao Zhaoye says nothing. Xiao Zhaoye was killed when he left Xilong. He was 22 years old. The car pulled the body out of Xu Longju's house and buried it according to Wang Li's funeral. The rest of the party was also killed.

Xiao Luan was appointed as the general of Hushi, the official of Lushang, the governor of Yangzhou, the Duke of Xuancheng, and the second rank of civil and military officials.
In October of the first year of Yanxing (494), Jin promoted Xiao Luan as Taifu, led the general and Yangzhou herdsman, and gave special courtesy. Jin Jue was the king of Xuancheng. Although Xiao Zhaowen was in the imperial position, the power of the court was in Xiao Luan's hands. Xiao Zhaowen's daily life, diet and other matters could only be carried out after consulting Xiao Luan's permission. Once, Xiao Zhaowen wanted to eat steamed fish dishes. Taiguan said that he didn't get Xiao Luan's order, so he didn't give them to him. On the 10th of October of the same year, Xiao Luan issued an imperial edict in the name of Empress Dowager. On the ground that Xiao Zhaowen was young and ill, had no knowledge of political affairs, and was difficult to undertake important tasks, Xiao Luan was deposed as emperor, and Xiao Zhaowen was granted the title of king of Hailing.
On October 22nd, the first year of Jianwu (494), Xiao Luan was the third son of emperor Gaodi of Qi, the emperor of Ming Dynasty.
Slaughterhouse
After Xiao Luan ascended the throne, he was suspicious of his peers, trusted Dianqian, and asked them to monitor every prince. During his term of office, Xiao Daocheng and his descendants were killed by Xiao Luan. Whenever Qi Ming emperor killed a vassal, he always sent soldiers to encircle his residence at night, broke through the walls and doors, and came in shouting, confiscating all his property.
Xiao Feng, king of Jiangxia, has both ability and political integrity. Xiao Luan once said to him, "Xiao Yaoguang, king of Shi'an, is very talented and can be entrusted with important tasks." Xiao Feng replied: "Xiao Yaoguang is to your highness what his highness is to Emperor Gao. He can really place high hopes on protecting the ancestral temple and stabilizing the country. " Xiao Luan was shocked when he heard Xiao Feng say that. When Xiao Luan killed all the vassal kings, Xiao Feng sent a letter to Xiao Luan, in which he mocked and scolded him. Therefore, Xiao Luan was very afraid of Xiao Feng and did not dare to go to his residence to capture him, so she let Xiao Feng take the post of ancestral temple official in the temple, and then sent soldiers to capture him in the temple at night. Xiao Feng came out of the temple and went into his car. The soldiers who came to kill him also had to get on the car. But Xiao Feng didn't let them come up. He was so strong that he hit these people with his bare hands, which made several people fall to the ground and couldn't get up. Finally, he was killed.
Xiao Zizhen, king of Jian'an, sent Dianqian to sign Ke lingsun to kill him. Xiao Zizhen was so scared that he got under the bed and hid. Ke lingsun pulled him out with his hand. He knelt down and kowtowed to Ke lingsun, begging to avoid death. He was willing to be a servant, but he was not allowed to be killed.
Xiao zilun, the king of baling, sent rufaliang, a member of zhongshushe, to kill him. Xiao zilun was brave and resolute. At that time, he was the prefect of nanlanling, guarding Langxie. There are garrisons in langye city. Xiao Luan is worried that Xiao zilun will not give in easily and will be slaughtered. He asks Dian Qian what to do with Hua bomao. Hua bomao says, "Sir, if you send troops to deal with him, I'm afraid you can't achieve your goal soon. If you entrust this matter to me, it can be done by one person. " As a result, Hua bomao personally held the wine with poison, claimed that it was a royal gift, and forced Xiao zilun to drink it. Xiao Zizheng came out to accept the imperial edict with his own clothes and hat, and said to Ru Faliang, "before, Taizu destroyed the Song Dynasty and stood on his own. Today's situation, also determined by the number of days, is doomed. You are an old man who once served Emperor Wu. When you are instructed to come here, you should be forced to act on orders. This wine is by no means the wine for ordinary banquets. " After that, he took the wine cup and drank it. He was poisoned and died. At the time of his death, he was only 16 years old. Ru Faliang and the people around him were moved to tears.
The emperor of Qi and Ming followed the actions of the emperor of song and Ming, and built his own clan. On the contrary, it weakened the ruling foundation of Qi Dynasty. A few years after his death, the Southern Qi Dynasty perished. During his term of office, Xiao Luan lived in seclusion for a long time, demanding frugality, stopping the frontier's contribution to the central government, and stopping his efforts
