Wang Deying, male, was born on October 23, 1931 in Muping, Shandong Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1948. He took part in revolutionary work in July 1946.

He was once Deputy Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Commission for Discipline Inspection, member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee and vice chairman of the Legislative Affairs Commission.

He took part in revolutionary work in July 1946. In July 1946, he worked in Guanghua cotton weaving factory of the industrial department of Anton Provincial People's government as a clerk and section member. in March 1948, he studied in class a of civil affairs in Anton Province United middle school, served as the class chairman, and was rated as a learning model and a labor model. in December 1948, he was a section member and chief section member of the people's Department of Anton Provincial People's government. In June 1971, he was the director and deputy director of the Infrastructure Department of the Ministry of fuel and chemical industry. In January 1974, he was deputy director of the comprehensive Bureau of the State Construction Commission, director of the fuel mobilization force and director of the comprehensive Bureau. In June 1981, he was deputy director of the State Construction Commission, member of the Party group and general director. In March 1982, member of the State Economic Commission and director of the capital construction office. From March 1983 to October 1985, he was deputy director of the State Planning Commission and member of the party leading group. in September 1985, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. In October 1987, he was member and Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. In December 1990, he was deputy secretary and Secretary General of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Secretary of the Party committee. In October 1992, he was Deputy Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. In March 1998, he was deputy director of the social and Legal Affairs Committee of the CPPCC National Committee.
