Deeds
During the self-defense counterattack against the Vietnamese army outside Chongqing, the reconnaissance company was ordered to attack a highway bridge from Guangyuan to Tongqing controlled by the Vietnamese army at night. Zeng Chunhua, the Deputy monitor of class 6, led a combat team to take the lead as a sharp knife. As the team advanced to the hillside of a highland, there was a sudden burst of gunfire. Zeng Chunhua flashed warily into the grass, pulled away the weeds with his hand, and observed calmly. He found that the Vietnamese army's trenches were crisscrossed in front of him, and the bright and dark bullet holes were scattered everywhere, forming a tight cross fire network and blocking the company's forward route. Zeng Chunhua immediately realized that he was close to the front line of the Vietnamese army. If he did not seize the opportunity, occupy the favorable terrain, and suppress the dangerous Vietnamese army, he would bring losses to the troops behind him. He watched one of the craziest machine gun fire points of the Vietnamese army and said boldly to his comrades in arms, "before the enemy finds us, you cover, I'll go up and kill him!" Before he finished, he jumped out of the grass and rushed to the Vietnamese army. The Vietnamese army found Zeng Chunhua in the machine gun bunker and shot him. Raindrops of bullets, whistling past him, rattled the rocks. Under the cover of his comrades in arms, Zeng Chunhua hit the Vietnamese army with submachine guns and hand grenades. The Vietnamese troops at several other firepower points found Zeng Chunhua and opened fire on him at the same time. Unfortunately, Zeng Chunhua was injured by a bullet flying from the side. Seeing this, the Vietnamese Army thought that he had lost his resistance and rushed at him with a loud and strange cry, trying to catch him. The stubborn, calm and calm Zeng Chunhua took out a sharp dagger from his body and held it tightly in his hand. He lifted his heavy body with his hands and moved forward. At the moment when the Vietnamese army approached him, Zeng Chunhua jumped up and cried out, "come on, those who don't want to die! With his skilful fighting movements, he waved a dagger and stabbed the Vietnamese army into howling, never daring to step forward. Seeing that a Vietnamese Army wanted to run away, Zeng Chunhua tried his best to rush forward and stab the Vietnamese army in the chest. The Vietnamese army was frightened by Zeng Chunhua's heroic behavior and shot in a hurry. Zeng Chunhua fell down bravely. While cleaning the battlefield, the comrades in arms saw the corpse of the enemy lying in front of martyr Zeng Tanghua, with the hero's shining dagger on his chest. When Zeng Chunhua died, he still kept the attitude of rushing to the Vietnamese army. This situation made his comrades in arms respect his fearlessness.
