Sun long
Sun long, the year of his birth and death is unknown. Ming Dynasty painter. Also known as sunlong, yizuolong, with the word Tingzhen, is a native of piling (now Changzhou, Jiangsu Province). He was the grandson of sun xingzu, the founder of the Ming Dynasty and a loyal and honest marquis. Xuandezhong once served as an imperial edict.
He is good at painting feather and Cordyceps, but does not make ink lines. He is only dyed with color, which is called "boneless" and has a unique style. Also good at landscape. It is full of color rendering, vivid and interesting. It has its own family and has a great influence on future generations.
Life of the characters
Sun long, the grandson of sun xingzu, the loyal Marquis of the founding of the state, joined the inner court in Xuande (1426-1435) and was once the "imperial servant of the Golden Gate" (imperial edict). She is sensitive and has immortal demeanor. Xu Xi and Zhao Chang's "boneless painting method" was used to paint flowers and birds. The birds, fish, grass and insects were not first outlined, but directly dyed with color. This painting technique can be described as a new way. It has enriched the traditional techniques of flower and bird painting, and has a far-reaching influence on the color splashing freehand brushwork of later generations. He was also good at landscape and lived in Mi Fu, MI Youren and his son in Song Dynasty. The activities of performing arts took place in Yongle, Xuande and Zhengtong at the same time as Lin Liang (1416-1480).
