Tang Hui, female, Han nationality, was born in Beijing in June 1956. She is currently the director of the Political Department of the political and Legal Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.

He was a graduate student of the Central Party school. He started work in November 1973 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1976.
