Zhang Wencan

Zhang Wencan, male, born in November 1939 in Yongding, Fujian Province, is a senior economist and a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from Fujian Normal University. He once served as the director of the Ministry of ordnance industry and the director of the motorcycle industry Office of China's automobile industry. At present, he is the chairman of the motorcycle branch of China Automobile Industry Association and the chairman of the national economic and technological information network of motorcycle industry.
