Peng Deqing
Peng Deqing (1910-1999), born in Fujian. He joined the Communist Youth League in 1927 and the Communist Party of China in 1930. He participated in the war of liberation and the war of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea, and made outstanding military contributions all his life. The first division, the third brigade and the seventh Regiment under his leadership are invincible and are known as the "strong force of the first generation". (1910-1999), formerly known as Peng Kaizhen and Chen Guohua, was born in Tongan County, Fujian Province (pengcuo village, Xindian Town, Xiang'an District). In 1926, he joined the peasant association and the peasant Red Guard; in 1927, he joined the Communist Youth League of China; in 1930, he joined the Communist Party of China. After the founding of new China, Peng Deqing was appointed commander of the 27th army of the East China Field Army.
