Zhang Xiangyun, male, Han nationality, was born in February 1966 in Laizhou, Shandong Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from Liaocheng Normal University. In 1988-1991 and 1995-1998, he studied as a postgraduate in East China Normal University and obtained the master's degree and doctor's degree of law. He was promoted to Professor in 1999. At present, he is the master tutor of "Shandong Provincial young and middle-aged academic backbone", "Shandong provincial social science talent pool", "scientific socialism and international communist movement" and "international politics" of Liaocheng University.
