Tiancong
Tiancong is the year name of emperor Taiji of Emperor Taizong of the Qing Dynasty. For the content of emperor Taiji of the Qing Dynasty, see the entry Huangtaiji for details. This entry only introduces the year number.
The reigning emperor
They conquered Mongolia and Korea one after another, led troops to invade Ming Dynasty many times, and extended the western border to Jinzhou and Ningyuan. In April 1636, Tiancong changed its name to Chongde and Qing Dynasty.
