Coaching style
Klinsmann
Contrary to Waller's character, the two young commanders are rigorous and easy to achieve good results
In 2006, the German team took the lead in the World Cup group, and the German media also had the leisure to pay attention to the similarities and differences of the coach of the German team in the past two world cups.
In the last World Cup, Waller brought the worst German team into the final of the world cup, and Klinsmann showed his calm and methodical manner in the first two games. But compared with the rigorous German, they prefer the current head coach Klinsmann, and Waller is more suitable to be a guest on TV.
In Klinsmann's plan, the work arrangement can be divided into four categories: the important and urgent ones should be solved immediately; the important but not urgent ones should be solved according to the scheduled schedule and done by themselves; the urgent but not important ones can be done by their subordinates or others; the unimportant and not urgent ones can only stay on paper.
Klinsmann asked that the players' wives and children should not be disturbed during the game, and that they should not enter the camp unless they are on holiday. Even the signature and group photo requests of the police performing security tasks were rejected, but Klinsmann promised that they would be satisfied after the world cup and before leaving the camp in Berlin.
However, there is no strict schedule when Waller is in charge. During the European Championship, the players' wives, children and even relatives can go in and out of the hotel at will, and the players are staying in the hotel
