Lu Zheng
Lu Zheng (1261-1323), formerly known as Tang Fu, was a native of Wuyuan Township in Haiyan (now Guangchen town in Pinghu).
He is a descendant of Lu Zhi in Tang Dynasty. After the death of Song Dynasty, he changed his name to Zheng and lived in seclusion in Zhapu Chenshan. From the Yuan Dynasty to the Yuan Dynasty (1264-1294), Cheng Jufu, the academician of Hanlin Jixian, and the imperial censor, was ordered to visit him personally, but Lu zhengtui declined because of his illness. Later, Cheng Jufu and Zhang Bochun jointly recommended him, but he still decided not to be an official. He set up a private school in Chenshan, which was based on "benevolence, righteousness, propriety and music", "prudence and independence" and "intention". His works include Zheng Xue Bian, Yue Lu Kao, Qi Jing Bu Zhu, etc. After his death, he was buried in Wuyuan Township, and his private posthumous title was Mr. Jingxian. During the reign of TAIDING (1324-1328), Lu Zheng's private school was transformed into Jingxian Academy.
