Zhang Zonghai

Zhang Zonghai, born in March 1950 in Jiangjin, Chongqing, is a graduate student of the Party School of the municipal Party committee, senior economist and senior political engineer. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1975. In May 2002, he was promoted from Secretary of Qianjiang District Party committee to member of standing committee and Minister of publicity of Chongqing municipal Party committee.
