Chen Hongwu, pen name Xiao Feng, also known as Feng, male, born in December 1962 in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province, graduated from Capital Normal University, majoring in calligraphy.

He once served as the Secretary of the branch Party group of the Chinese Calligrapher Association.
