In 1999, he won the second prize of Hubei "Libai Cup" singer competition. In 2002, he participated in the national new talent competition and won the best combination award in Hubei. In 2003, Wang Bei was admitted by Wuhan Conservatory of music with a score of more than 300 points in the college entrance examination. Personal life

When Wang Bei was two or three years old, her mother Peng Caiying divorced her father. Later, her mother remarried, and her stepfather and a son formed a family of four. at 10:00 on November 13, 2010, the maxillofacial orthopedic surgery was carried out in the outpatient department of medical cosmetology of Zhongyi. After more than 2 hours of operation, the symptoms of restlessness, dyspnea and unstable vital signs gradually appeared. The outpatient department adopted the treatment measures such as facial and nasal pressure oxygen, artificial chest assisted breathing, tracheotomy, ventilator assisted breathing and intravenous drip. Because the patient was in critical condition, he was transferred to 161 hospital at 15:56 on the same day. He died of respiratory and circulatory failure at 3 a.m. on November 15 and his body was cremated on November 28 of the same year. Wang Bei's cemetery is located in the "celebrity tomb" in shimenfeng, Jiufeng Township, Hongshan District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province.
