Zhang Tao, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1971 in Dingxiang, Shanxi Province, with a university degree and a master's degree in economics. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 2000 and began to work in October 1992.

At present, he is a member of the Standing Committee of Shuozhou municipal Party committee, vice mayor of Shuozhou municipal government and Deputy Secretary of the Party group.
