Pound

Pound? He was born in Xiadao county (now Wushan County, Gansu Province) of Nan'an County in the Ming Dynasty. He was formerly a general under the command of Ma Teng. He made many achievements in the course of fighting with Ma Teng and won the Third Army bravely. After Ma Teng was enlisted as Wei Wei by Cao Cao, pound belonged to Ma Chao. After Ma Chao's defeat, pound joined Zhang Lu in Hanzhong, and Ma Chao surrendered to Liu Bei. Pound remained under Zhang Lu. After Cao Cao pacified Hanzhong, pound surrendered to Cao Cao.

During the Xiangfan war, pound led his army to support Cao Ren in Fancheng. In the battle with Guan Yu, he once shot an arrow at Guan Yu's forehead. Later, because of the rainstorm, the natural disaster of "Han River overflowing, harming people" occurred. Guan Yu took the opportunity to lead the water army to attack, and pound was annihilated. After being defeated and captured, pound vowed to die and was killed by Guan Yu. Later, he was named Zhuang Hou by Cao Cao.

Pound often fought on a white horse, so he was called general white horse.

Pound was a magistrate and a statesman when he was young.

During the reign of Chuping (190-193), pound moved from Mateng to Xiaowei to attack the rebellious Qiang and di nationalities.

In the seventh year of Jian'an (202), Cao Cao attacked Yuan Tan and Yuan Shang in Liyang. Yuan Shang sent Guo Yuan and Gao Gan to capture Hedong. Cao Cao then made Zhong Yao lead the generals in Guanzhong to attack them. Pound followed Ma Chao, Ma Teng's son, to resist Guo Yuan and Gao Gan in Pingyang. Pound took the lead in attacking Guo Yuan and Gao Gan and won a great victory. According to the records of Wei Lue, pound cut off a head by himself. I don't know it was Guo Yuan. After the war, people all pointed out that Guo Yuan was dead and could not win the first place. However, pound only took out a head from the bow later in the evening. Because Guo Yuan was Zhong You's nephew, Zhong you cried when he saw his head. Pound made amends to Zhong you, who said, "although Guo Yuan is my nephew, he is still a national thief. Why should you make amends? " Pound was worshipped as Zhonglang general and Marquis of the capital tinghou because of his achievements in the war. Later, Zhang Baiqi rebelled against Hongnong, and Pang Defu followed Ma Teng to fight against the rebels. In October of the 23rd year of Jian'an (218), Hou Yin and Wei Kai rebelled in Wancheng, and pound led the army with Cao Ren to attack Wancheng. In the first month of the 24th year of Jian'an (219), when Hou Yin and Wei Kai were killed, they went south and stationed in Fancheng to beg Guan Yu. The generals in Fancheng thought pangrou, Pound's brother, was in Hanzhong, and they were suspicious of pound. Pound used to say, "I have been honored by my country, and my righteousness is to die. I want to attack Guan Yu myself. If I don't kill him this year, he will kill me. " Later, pound fought with Guan Yu and hit him on the forehead with an arrow. At that time, pound often rode on a white horse. Guan Yu's army called him general white horse, and he was very afraid of him.

Yu Jingdu's seven armies, with a total of 30000 troops, came to rescue Fancheng. Although Fancheng was attacked at this time, it was not surrounded. Cao Ren ordered Yu Jin and pound to garrison ten miles north of Fancheng. In August, it was raining for more than ten days, and the Han river overflowed. The natural disaster of "Han River overflowing, harming people" broke out in the Han River Basin. Under the plain of Fancheng, the water was five or six feet deep, so pound and the generals avoided the water and went up to the dike. Pound held the boat in the water and was captured by Guan Yu. He was sent back to the camp of Guan Yu instead of kneeling.

Thirdly, Chishan is the present red mountain, which is the boundary mountain between Nan'an county and Longxi County in the Cao Wei Dynasty. At the foot of the mountain is the ancient chiting. Looking from a high altitude, the wangjiaxinzhuang is the location of zhixia Road City in Nan'an county.
