Huang nubo

Huang nubo (June 1956 -), pseudonym Luo Ying, is a poet, entrepreneur, philanthropist and mountaineer. Born in Lanzhou, Gansu, growing up in Yinchuan, Ningxia, graduated from Chinese Department of Peking University.

From 1981 to 1990, he successively served as member of the Party committee of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and director of the cadre bureau. In April 1995, he founded Beijing Zhongkun investment group and served as the chairman. Invest in the development of Anhui Hongcun. In June 2011, Huang nubo donated 900 million yuan worth of assets to Peking University, which will be injected into "Peking University Zhongkun Education Fund" to further promote the development of talent cultivation, teaching and scientific research of Peking University. In May 2012, Huang nubo communicated with the Icelandic government to sign a land lease agreement in Northern Iceland; in October 2012, he signed it in China.

Character experience

He was born in Lanzhou, Gansu Province in 1956. In 1960, his father was beaten as a counter revolutionary and committed suicide in the same year. In that absurd age, children born like this would inevitably suffer from prejudice and torture that ordinary people can't imagine. Huang nubo's childhood and adolescence are accompanied by two words: hunger and anger. Not enough to eat, and in the eyes of social discrimination, can not help but burst out again and again, trying to find their own dignity with their fists.

In 1973, after graduating from middle school, he cut in the line in the countryside of Ningxia Autonomous Region.

In 1977, the state just resumed the college entrance examination. Huang nubo, who works as an accountant in the rural areas of Ningxia, was the first Ningxia examinee to enter Peking University and study in the Chinese department.

From 1981 to 1990, he successively worked in the cadre bureau and the Foreign Publicity Bureau of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, and served as director of the cadre bureau and member of the Party committee of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee.

1990 - worked in the Chinese mayors Association of the Ministry of construction. He used to be the executive vice president of the China City Publishing House and the Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese mayors Association, and is now the assistant president.

In April 1995, he founded Beijing Zhongkun investment group and served as the chairman.

In 1996, Huang nubo accompanied his friends to visit the area. At a glance, he fell in love with Hongcun, an ancient and simple village with a history of 800 years. Zhongkun invested millions of yuan to develop Hongcun, Huangshan, Anhui, to build roads and hotels. Huang nubo made an overall planning and transformation of the ancient village. Transform it into a resort.

In 1997, Huang nubo's real first pot of gold came from a real estate, urban Netscape, which he cooperated with Li Ming, a classmate of China Europe Business School. He made more than 50 million yuan.

From 1996 to 1998, he studied in CEIBS and got an EMBA degree.

In 2003, Huang nubo went to Xinjiang to visit his old friend Liu Zhangjun, who was then the vice governor of Xinjiang Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture. Seeing the magnificent scenery of Southern Xinjiang, Huang nubo was very excited. He took the initiative to find experts to make a tourism protection plan for Kezhou. Zhang Zhou, then vice chairman of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, boldly put forward the idea of letting Huang nubo integrate the tourism resources of Southern Xinjiang. Huang nubo got the entry certificate to integrate the tourism resources of 66 scenic spots in five prefectures of Xinjiang (Kezhou, Akesu, Hetian, Kashi, Bazhou). At the same time, he also opened the door to Central Asia. Through the introduction of Liu Zhangjun, Zhongkun was approved to develop the tourism resources of about 100000 square kilometers of isek lake natural scenic spot in Kyrgyzstan.

In addition to tourism real estate, Huang nubo has also developed two famous plates in Beijing: changhewan in Xizhimen and Dazhongsi International Square in North Third Ring Road. These two projects established Huang nubo's position in the real estate industry.

On April 15, 2008, on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of Peking University, alumni Huang nubo and the board of directors of Zhongkun group decided to donate a large sum of money to the first batch of Dazhongsi International Plaza Real estate with a value of 100 million yuan to Peking University, and set up "Peking University Zhongkun Education Fund" to support the development of Humanities in Peking University. On July 17, 2008, he quietly returned to Ningxia, his second hometown. On December 1, 2008, he donated 1 million yuan to Tibet University to establish the "Zhongkun love Tibet University Scholarship".

On October 22, 2009, Tonggui Township Central kindergarten in Yinchuan, Ningxia, which was built with a donation of 2 million yuan from Zhongkun group, was officially handed over to Tonggui township government.
