Liu Yupu

Liu Yupu, male, Han nationality, was born in August 1949 in Tai'an, Shandong Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 1971 and began to work in September 1968. He graduated from the Graduate School of the Central Party school, majoring in world economy and graduated from the Central Party school. He once served as Deputy Secretary of Guangdong provincial Party committee and Secretary of Shenzhen Municipal Party committee.

He is now the executive president of China Association for international cooperation of small and medium sized enterprises.
