Cheng Yin
Cheng Yin, born in Hedong, was one of the warlords in Liangzhou at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty.
In 211 A.D. (the 16th year of Jian'an), he joined forces with Ma Chao to call himself king Chen and resist Cao Cao. Cao Cao conquered Zhang Luping in Hanzhong, and Cheng Yin surrendered.
Life of the characters
In 194 ad, the first year of emperor Xiandi's Xingping reign in the Eastern Han Dynasty, Cheng Yin set up an army to make trouble.
In the 16th year of Jian'an (A.D. 211), Hou Xuan fought against Cao Cao from ten forces including he machao and Han Sui. He was defeated in Weinan and fled to Hanzhong.
In 215 ad, Cao Cao pacified Hanzhong and Cheng Yin surrendered.
