Cheng Guoren

Born in the 29th year of Qianlong (1764) and the fourth year of Jiaqing (1799), he was the first Jinshi in the second grade of Jiaqing. He selected the best scholars and taught the editor in the library.

Cheng Guoren (1764-1824), whose name is Jitang, was born in Henan commercial city. Lin Zhaotang, the number one scholar in Guangdong Province, was his student. He was the governor of Li, the Deputy censor of Zhejiang, the governor of Shandong, the governor of Shaanxi, the Minister of the Ministry of punishment, and the governor of Guizhou. He died in 1824. There is a son, Cheng Xiaohe.
