Wu Xianglin
Wu Xianglin (1906-1931) was born in Xiudong village, Dachi Township, Longyan County, Fujian Province.
In 1929, he took part in the revolutionary struggle and soon joined the Communist Party of China. At that time, he was the monitor of the workers' and peasants' Red Guards in Dachi district. He took part in the anti "joint suppression" struggle, the agrarian revolutionary struggle and the anti "encirclement and suppression" guerrilla war in the Central Soviet Area in the Western Fujian revolutionary base. In the spring and summer of 1931, because of the elimination of the "Social Democratic Party" incident in the Western Fujian Soviet Area, he was unjustly killed in Xiaochi Township, Longyan county. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the people's government tried the incident again, rehabilitated it and recognized Wu Xianglin as a revolutionary martyr.
