Early experience

Born in Wuhan, Hubei Province, Zhou Mi has a strong interest in music since childhood. In 2002, he took part in the second national MTV rookie singing competition and won the Beijing district champion and the national championship.

Acting experience

In 2006, Zhou Mi won the first place in the CCTV challenge host competition in Guangzhou and was promoted to the top 16 in China. In June of the same year, he was picked up by South Korea SM Entertainment Co., Ltd. and began his internship career in South Korea.
