Hu Sheng, male, Han nationality, born in Xiamen, Fujian Province, was born in January 1978 and started work in August 2003. He is a member of the Communist Party of China with a postgraduate degree, a master of Arts degree and an economist.
He is now Secretary of Xiang'an District Party committee of Xiamen City, Fujian Province.

Appointment and removal information
On April 8, 2020, Xiang'an District held a meeting of leading cadres of the whole district, announcing the decision of Fujian provincial Party committee and Xiamen municipal Party Committee on the adjustment of the main leadership of Xiang'an District: Hu Sheng will be the Secretary of the CPC Xiang'an District Committee and will no longer be the head of the people's Government of Xiang'an District.
