Zhang Yi

Zhang Yi, male, from Hailun, Heilongjiang Province, was born in Bei'an, Heilongjiang Province in August 1950. He joined the party in February 1972 and began to work in July 1969. He graduated from the Department of forestry economics, Northeast Forestry University, majoring in forestry management cadre, with a college degree and a senior political engineer.
