Li Haiquan, male, was born in July 1948 in Xi'an. Graduate School of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology. Graduate, master of engineering. He used to be the director of information system teaching and research section. He is now a professor of Computer Science in Xi'an Petroleum Institute. He is also a member of publishing and terminology Approval Committee of Chinese computer society, deputy director of computer maintenance and Management Professional Committee of Chinese computer society, director of publishing Committee, director of education and Training Committee, member of external equipment professional committee of Chinese computer society, deputy director of maintenance and Management Professional Committee of Chinese computer engineering and application branch, Shaanxi Branch, China Director level.

Main contributions

Since 1969, we have successively completed the program design of large-scale integral structures such as side beams and wing aids of "Yuanqi" aircraft, and the research of "reliability and fault diagnosis of computer", "Ras technology research of military and anti evil computer", "evaluation technology research of military equipment", "test and evaluation research of military display", "safety technology and method research of computer ordering system", "computer security technology research" and so on "Network and case study" and "decision support system study" and other national 7.5 projects have successively compiled and published "fault diagnosis and maintenance technology of electronic computer system", "Ras technology of microcomputer system", "fault diagnosis and test of microcomputer computer system", "computer system security technology and method", "computer network and case study", "CRT display" 13 monographs, including testing and evaluation, fault diagnosis and maintenance of high-grade microcomputer system, fault diagnosis and maintenance of computer display, fault diagnosis of high-grade microcomputer system board, and 6 college textbooks, including safety technology and method of information system, numerical control program design, and computer logging system. He has also participated in the compilation and publication of five dictionaries, handbooks and books, such as the Chinese Dictionary of practical science and technology, the dictionary of examining and approving terms of computer science and technology, the manual of microcomputer fault detection and maintenance, and the civil service computer application course. 148 academic papers and 18 educational science papers have been published.

Award winning record

It has won the "aircraft CAD / can" integration promotion and Application Award of the Ministry of aviation industry and the "science and Technology Progress Award" of the Ministry of aviation, the "science and Technology Progress Award" of the Ministry of electronics, and the national science and technology progress and three patents. In the national excellent book translation review, five monographs won the "excellent scientific and technological works Award", two monographs won the "first prize for scientific and technological progress", one monograph won the "third prize for scientific and technological progress", and two textbooks won the "excellent textbook Award" of the Provincial Education Commission. 36 papers were awarded "excellent papers" by China Computer Society and China electronic society, 2 teaching method research papers were awarded "excellent teaching achievement award" and 3 education science papers were awarded "Education Science excellent paper award". He has been awarded the titles of "advanced worker", "advanced teacher" and "excellent scientific research worker" for many times.
