Liu Baolin, born in June 1953 in Swan Town, Yingcheng City, Hubei Province, is a junior college student.

Currently, he is the founder, chairman of the board of directors, legal representative and vice president of Hubei General Chamber of Commerce.

ID card disputes

At the beginning of March 2013, the Internet began to reveal that Liu Baolin had two different ID cards. According to the industrial and commercial information, Liu Baolin used the two ID cards on different occasions in 2009. The address of one of the ID cards does not exist, and the number can not be found in the issuing police station.

Liu Baolin does not deny the fact that he has two ID cards, saying that both are true and valid. But he said he didn't know why he had two ID cards with different numbers and said he had submitted them to the public security department for investigation. At the same time, he stressed that he did not use his two ID cards to purchase property or engage in illegal activities.
