He once served as deputy director of Dermatology (without director), Party branch secretary, member of Shaanxi Provincial CPPCC, vice chairman of Xi'an dermatology branch of Chinese Medical Association, and member of national Dermatopathology group of Chinese Medical Association. He is now the chief editor of Chinese Journal of Dermatology and venereology and consultant of Xi'an dermatology branch of Chinese Medical Association.

After graduation in 1953, he has been engaged in the medical treatment, teaching and scientific research of skin diseases and venereal diseases for 50 years. We are always conscientious, responsible and assiduous. We can solve difficult and complicated clinical problems and have a high level of diagnosis. He is good at finding rare and difficult cases in clinic, and can constantly find some cases that have not been reported in the province, northwest region, and even in China. In teaching work, he prepares lessons carefully, gives lectures in simple terms, and integrates theory with practice.
