Early experience

Character controversy

In September 2004, during Huairou's shooting of the TV series "little fish and flowers", Wang Bozhao believed that Zhang Weijian and Xie Tingfeng had deliberately beaten him and injured him in many places. Wang Bozhao, the injured, will entrust two lawyers, Wu Hao and Zhang Zhenzu of Beijing Kyoto law firm, their agents, to formally submit the indictment to Beijing Second Intermediate People's court, and request the court to order Xie Tingfeng and Zhang Weijian to make a public written apology to Wang Bozhao on the ground of infringement by Xie Tingfeng and the other two defendants; require the two defendants to jointly compensate Wang Bozhao for the economic loss of 30000 yuan; and request the defendant Zhang Weijian to make a public written apology to Wang Bozhao Wei Jian compensated the plaintiff 600000 yuan for mental loss, and the defendant Xie Tingfeng compensated the plaintiff 400000 yuan for mental loss.

Wang Bozhao said in his indictment: he and the defendants Zhang Weijian and Nicholas Tse are all actors of the TV series "little fish and flowers". At about 19:00 on September 18, 2004, in the actual shooting process, the two defendants, through planning and premeditation, jointly intentionally beat him in the name of performance, resulting in multiple injuries to his left thigh, left kidney, left face, etc., resulting in frequent premature atrial beats. According to the "identification certificate" issued by the forensic identification center of Beijing Public Security Bureau, the bruised area of the left thigh soft tissue is 1.5 palm on the outside of the thigh, 1 palm on the top of the left knee, 1 palm on the inside of the left thigh, mild contusion of the left kidney, and soft tissue injury of the left face, "according to the relevant provisions of the human injury identification standards, it meets the minor injury (upper limit)".

In an interview with reporters, Zhao Zhongfu, Professor of civil law at Renmin University of China, said that personal rights are the basic rights granted to citizens by the constitution. The needs of the plot can not be used as an excuse to infringe on the personal rights of citizens, nor can any field be exempted from the responsibility for personal injury Ren. Ruan Qilin, a professor at China University of political science and law, believes that judging from the damage consequences of the forensic expertise in this case, at least the two defendants had serious negligence.

In December 2005, the case of Wang Bozhao being beaten for filming was publicly pronounced by the Beijing Second Intermediate People's court. The court found that the defendants Zhang Weijian and Xie Tingfeng had gross negligence in civil matters, but because Wang Bozhao failed to provide evidence of relevant economic loss and mental damage, the plaintiff Wang Bozhao's claim was rejected. On December 30, Wang Bozhao issued a statement that he basically agreed with the court judgment. At this point, the case of beating people and causing injuries caused by the high-profile shooting has come to an end.
